Terms and Conditions for Bookings at Swallowvale
The Swallowvale booking line ( 01823 444888 ) is open daily until 8pm. When using the enquiry form please allow 24 working hours for us to contact you to confirm your booking. This will be by either telephone or email. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee your booking until your deposit has been received. Bank account details will be given to you for payment.
Booking and Payments
Your booking will be guaranteed on receipt of a 50% deposit or payment in full if booking less than eight weeks prior to your stay.
On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation by email containing the details of your stay, payment made and balance due.
Where a deposit has been paid, the full balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your booked date. If you are unable to pay your balance before the due date you will forfeit your deposit and your booking cancelled.
All deposits are non-refundable. All monies paid are non-refundable within the eight weeks prior to your stay. Where holidays are cancelled before the eight week period and you have paid for your stay in full, we will refund to you the equivalent of a 50% deposit. Should you wish to change the date of your stay we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
In the unlikely event you should have a complaint about your stay please contact the owners. We welcome both positive and negative feed back to help us improve the service we provide.
All guests use any amenities supplied at their own risk. The Owners will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any private affects left in the accommodation whilst unoccupied or on their land and accept no liability for accidents or personal injury. Guests have a right to occupy their accommodation for the paid period of their stay. Guests agree to act in a proper, appropriate and legal manner showing due respect to the accommodation, property and other guests. Should any guest(s) behave inappropriately the Owners reserve the right to remove the guest(s) from their property before the holiday period has been completed without any refund.
